Gatherings like these are an opportunity for us to take stock of our shared priorities and address the challenges facing trade today. Creating resilient supply chains and collaborating to digitize trade documents to enable movement of goods, enhancing rules-based trade so that businesses and workers benefit from economic growth that is inclusive and sustainable.

 

While here, I also met with business leaders at the Business 20 (B20) in Delhi. From clean tech innovators, to manufacturers, to chambers of commerce, to investment experts and many more, these businesses bring our trade agreements to life. Thank you for sharing input on how Governments and the private sector can collaborate to create jobs for our workers and strengthen our economies.
