Finishing the Fight Against COVID-19

These are unprecedented times, and our Government is taking decisive and meaningful action to protect our community from COVID-19.

Secured a supply of up to 429 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines- more than any other country.	Procured over 2 billion pieces of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Established a new facility for the National Research Council to increase vaccine manufacturing here in Canada.	Set up the Strategic Innovation Fund to support research and development, clinical trials, and manufacturing of therapeutics to fight COVID-19.

COVID-19 vaccines are available to every eligible person in Canada. There are currently enough vaccine doses in Canada to meet the needs of the eligible population. This table is updated weekly regarding the distribution and allocation of vaccines.
